When can I book your services?

All of the services we provide you with are available on-demand, any day of the week. Something more, we can accommodate even weekend and public holiday slots at regular rates.

What can I do if there is a misunderstanding and something is not okay with my booking?

You can get in touch with our customer support to have the problem resolved. We have trained agents who will be able to act right away and assist you with the issue in the best way possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

If need be, you can cancel your appointment without any fees applying, as long as you do that 24 hours prior to us delivering the booked service. If you cancel inside that time frame, cancellation fees in the span of $50 to 50% of your booking will apply.

How big are your cleaning teams?

One to two cleaners. That is normally the size of our cleaning teams. However, if you or the task require it, we can send more people.

Do I need to provide any supplies for the cleaning?

No – the cleaning teams will only need running water, electricity, and an access to your property. Everything else – equipment and proper supplies – is on us and is included in the price estimate you will receive.

I want only eco-friendly products to be used. Can you do that?

Of  course. You will only need to specify that when you schedule your appointment.

Can you really guarantee a return of my bond?

Yes. As long as your bond depends on the cleanliness of the abode, we can guarantee you will get your bond back in full. And to assure that we mean that, our lease cleaning comes with a 72 hour guarantee. For more information simply call our customer support on 03 8400 4770.

Do I need to get all the furniture out of the way for you to complete your end of lease cleaning?

Not necessarily. We clean both furnished and unfurnished properties, but while we can move light furniture out of the way, larger items might be a problem in some cases. That is why we consider an empty property to be the best case scenario.

Is carpet cleaning included in the end of lease cleaning?

No. The basic end of lease package includes deep carpet vacuuming, as well as mopping hard floor. On the other hand, carpet cleaning requires special machinery which is why you can book our service separately, along the end of lease.
